Countertops
Countertop materials can be sorted into two categories: Acrylics and stones.
Acrylic countertops are nonporous, antimicrobial, and allow for more flexibility than stone tops; they also tend to have tighter, less-visible seams.
Stone Countertops are typically porous (require sealing), more durable but more difficult/expensive to repair or replace, and much more heat-resistant.
